After studying Political Science at Birmingham University, Ryan spent the first few years of his working life within the finance sector before entering the world of recruitment where he achieved widespread success both within a niche commercial entity and large global PLC. He has a leading reputation within the local market and has significant experience across all levels of finance recruitment.

Growing up a keen golfer, Jason's passion took him to the&nbsp;USA, where he earned a Bachelor's in Sport Management and a Master's in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. After returning to the UK, he worked in the golf sector, managing professional players' affairs and later becoming Operations Director for a historic governing body. Seeking new challenges and greater rewards, Jason joined Vitae in 2020, just before the pandemic. Since then, he&rsquo;s built a strong portfolio, recruiting finance professionals across all levels.
