Ryan, co-founder of Vitae, has worked within finance recruitment primarily within the Home Counties for nearly 15 years. After studying Political Science at Birmingham University, Ryan spent the first few years of his working life within the finance sector before entering the world of recruitment where he achieved widespread success both within a niche commercial entity and large global PLC. He has a leading reputation within the local market and has significant experience across all levels of finance recruitment.

RGuy, co-founder of Vitae, has spent all of his working life within recruitment after completing an Industrial Management degree at Nottingham Trent University. Guy has an enviable track record in recruitment building and managing divisions and business units from scratch, and providing strategy for one of the UK’s leading recruitment businesses. From a consulting perspective Guy has had notable success at the senior end of the market.
